Pork Steak

The pork meat must be cut into slices.Put on it, salt
and pepper.
Put the meat in an enamel saucepan or in a cast iron
tray and pour oil to be very well greased on all its
surface.
Put it in the oven at a big fire at the beginning,
and then, to a smaller one, to bake slowly. It is more
indicated to be baked covered.
Put a little water from time to time so the sauce
won't burn.
When it is ready, the fork penetrates easily in the
meat.
